Kirby Carroll

Kirby Carroll is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety, regulatory affairs, and sustainability within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Director of Land, EHS, Regulatory Affairs, and Sustainability for U.S. Operations at Aspect Holdings, LLC since August 2020. In this role, Kirby led the compilation of Aspect's inaugural Environmental Sustainability and Governance Report, developed domestic environmental and safety programs, and engaged stakeholders on key policies. Previously, Kirby held the position of Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Encana Corporation, overseeing a team and significantly reducing employee injuries and improving compliance procedures. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Environmental and Regulatory Manager at Newfield Exploration and Project Manager at Buys & Associates, where Kirby was instrumental in permitting large-scale oil and gas projects and authoring extensive NEPA documentation. Kirby holds an Executive MBA from Rice Business, a Master of Science in Wildlife Biology from Southern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Augustana College.
