Melissa Duncan

Melissa Duncan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and tax management. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Aspect Energy, LLC since July 2019, Melissa oversees corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax planning while fostering employee development. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Chief Financial Officer at Fuse Energy, LLC, where responsibilities included financial modeling, treasury management, acquisition integration, and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Earlier experiences include leadership positions as Director of Tax at Berry Petroleum Company and Senior Tax Analyst at Resolute Natural Resources, as well as various roles in tax preparation and accounting, beginning with the staff accountant position at Mader, Tschacher, Peterson & CO. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.
