André M.

André M. began their work experience as the Founder/President/CEO of Wire My Net Inc. from January 2003 to June 2007, where they successfully grew the customer base and provided various IT services to clients. André then worked as a Technical Analyst at Scholastic Book Fairs from January 2002 to December 2003, where they provided support for internal systems and administered application servers. From July 1998 to June 2000, they served as a Contact Center Manager at Convergys, implementing Prodigy Internet support structure and managing a team of agents. André also worked at Sunglass Hut as a Multi Store Manager from an unspecified start date to July 1998, where they were responsible for managing three retail stores and achieving sales and shrinkage reduction accolades. André joined Voxeo in July 2007, working as a Senior Network Engineer and Manager of Customer Obsession Support until August 2013, during which they deployed authentication platforms and managed cloud and premise support. At Aspect Software, where they started in February 2016, André held various roles including Account Executive, Senior Manager Global Advanced Cloud Support, Senior Manager Cloud Solutions, and Director Global Channels. In these positions, they played a key role in supporting top revenue-generating cloud customers, enabling partners, and overseeing global channel operations. In May 2019, André became an Independent Consultant, utilizing their expertise and experience in the consulting field.

André M. attended Boone High School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Diploma in General Studies. Later, in 2015, they enrolled at Penn State University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership, which is ongoing. André also holds various certifications, including Knowledge-Centered Support Principles v5.3 from HDI, obtained in January 2014, and a Microsoft Certified Professional certification earned in 2000.
