Greg Norris

Greg Norris has over 30 years of experience in PBX/ACD technologies for both premise and cloud. Greg recently served as the President and CEO of Norris Consulting LLC, after being let go from Aspect Software where they had worked for 19 years as a Senior Solution Consultant. Prior to that, Greg held various roles at Aspect Software including Senior Sales Engineer, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Sales Engineer at Aspect Communications. Greg also worked as a Sales Engineer at Siemens from 1986 to 1995. Throughout their career, Greg has provided pre-sale technical support, conducted product demonstrations, responded to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, and developed Statements of Work for proposed applications.

Greg Norris attended Husson University from 1969 to 1971, where they studied accounting. After their time at Husson University, they pursued general studies at Elmhurst University. No specific dates or degree names were provided for their education at Elmhurst University.
