Thomas Tan

Thomas Tan is an experienced sales and business development professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Southeast Asia at Aspen Aerogels since December 2020, Thomas previously held the position of Project Manager/Business Development Manager at Composite Cluster Singapore Pte Ltd, where major projects were secured. Thomas's extensive career also includes over two decades at Technics Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd, progressing from Proposal Engineer to Director of Sales & Marketing, focusing on sales strategy, customer base management, and project negotiations. Early in the career, Thomas served as an Army Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, where leadership and training roles were undertaken. Thomas holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, graduating with Second Class Honors (Upper Division).
