Jessica Degroat

Jessica Degroat currently serves as the Director of Digital Design Operations at Aspen Dental, a position held since February 2024. With extensive experience as an Operations Manager at Core3DCentres/Ivoclar Vivadent/Diadem since April 2009, Jessica leads operations and human resources for a start-up digital dental manufacturing firm, focusing on accountability, service, quality, and productivity. Previous roles include being a Licensed Realtor with Key Reality from August 2014 to July 2021, where teamwork strengthened client service, and serving as a Marketing Support Specialist at the Center for Wealth Management, supporting financial planners with marketing strategies and campaigns from January 2007 to April 2009. Jessica Degroat holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising Communications from Wayne State University, and has additional education in Industrial Design from Western Michigan University.
