Lorelle Lashway

Lorelle Lashway has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lorelle currently works at Aspen Dental as the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager since February 2022. Before their current role, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) since May 2019. In this role, they supported and trained over 750 offices using iCIMS, conducted webinars for hiring managers, and streamlined the hiring process. Prior to joining ADMI, Lorelle served as the Walk Coordinator for the Syracuse Promise Walk for Preeclampsia at the Preeclampsia Foundation from September 2010 to May 2016. Lorelle single-handedly planned and executed the walk, engaged volunteers, solicited donations, and promoted the event through social media. Lorelle also gained experience as a Recruitment Representative (Temporary) at Syracuse University in 2014, assisting in the recruiting and hiring process and maintaining the online applicant tracking system. Lorelle was an Admissions Representative at Lincoln Technical Institute from April 2011 to January 2013, where they helped prospective students and facilitated the enrollment process. Lorelle began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bank of America from December 2007 to June 2010, where they screened, interviewed, and assessed candidates, and acted as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
