Seth Cowen

Seth Cowen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and account management, currently serving as Director of Specialty Talent Acquisition at Aspen Dental since May 2006. Responsibilities include developing outreach sourcing initiatives, managing full life cycle recruiting for dental specialists, coaching and advancing the talent acquisition team, and collaborating with HR and executive management on workforce planning. Previous experience includes serving as Account Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services, where responsibilities encompassed client account management, relationship building, contract negotiations, and performance tracking. Seth Cowen holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from Benedictine University.
