Catherine Elder

Catherine Elder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electricity and resource analysis. Currently serving as a Principal Associate at Aspen Environmental Group since October 2009, Catherine has also held prominent roles such as Senior Director at R.W. Beck and Principal Executive Consultant at Navigant Consulting, focusing on fuels consulting work. Catherine began their career as a Senior Fuels Planner at PG&E from 1986 to 1991. Academically, Catherine holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an A.B. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
