Becky Phillips, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP of People and Culture at Aspen Group since 2017, where responsibilities include leading people strategies to attract top talent and maintaining the organization's status as an “Employer of Choice.” Previously, at Bible League International from 2003 to 2017, Becky held multiple HR roles, including HR Generalist, Associate Director of Global Human Capital, and HR Manager, overseeing various aspects of benefits administration and talent sourcing for international positions. Earlier in the career at Westra Construction from 2000 to 2003, Becky functioned as an HR Assistant, managing HR tasks for a large workforce. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Trinity Christian College.
