James Elliott

James Elliott has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting industry. James began their career as a Staff Accountant at Spicer Jeffries LLP in September 2012. After two years in this role, they were promoted to the position of Audit Senior. James worked in this role until December 2015 when they transitioned to their current position as the Managing Director of Finance & Investments at Aspen Grove Capital LLC.

James Elliott attended Benet Academy, where they obtained their Highschool Diploma. James then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Alongside their formal education, James holds several additional certifications. James became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in November 2013, obtained the Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65) certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in October 2016, and attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute in August 2019.
