Hanan Abdel Baset

Hanan Abdel Baset has extensive experience in teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies, with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as an Arabic teacher at Aspen Heights British School since August 2018, Hanan has previously worked as an Arabic and Islamic teacher at Repton Abu Dhabi and Brighton College, teaching various year groups. Notably, Hanan spent twelve years at British School Al Khubairat, focusing on engaging non-Arab students and organizing school events and clubs. Earlier teaching roles include positions at The Cambridge High School and Al Noor Indian Islamic School, where Hanan developed lesson plans and activities for students. Hanan holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education in Arabic Language & Islamic Studies from Al Hosn University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Zagazig University.
