The Healthcare Services team at Aspen Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is responsible for providing comprehensive and integrated care to patients and residents. Comprising a Registered Dietitian, Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, Case Manager, and Assistant Director of Nursing, this team collaborates to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals. They develop personalized care plans, manage patient transitions, oversee medical treatments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, holistic healthcare services throughout the center.
