Emma Bauer

Emma Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

In 2021, they worked as a Reservations Sales Specialist for The Little Nell Hotel Group. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2022, they served as a Luxury Customer Service Specialist in Aspen.

Before their time at the hotel group, Emma worked as a Development and Marketing Associate for Theatre Aspen from 2015 to 2016.

In 2014, they joined Battleground Texas, where they initially worked as a Field Organizer, focusing on identifying campaign supporters and recruiting volunteers. Later that year, they were promoted to Regional Field Director, responsible for managing a team of field organizers and establishing strong relationships with political stakeholders and allied organizations.

From 2013 to 2014, Emma worked at Dell as an Inside Account Manager, Federal Channel. Emma was responsible for account development, managing strategic relationships, and promoting channel business.

In 2012, they joined the American Red Cross as a Development Associate, where they coordinated the annual gala fundraiser and managed event volunteers. Emma also served as a Recruitment and Development Specialist in the Office of Volunteer Services, where they managed the volunteer program and implemented a new online database system.

In 2011, Emma worked as a Contractor/Consultant for the Campaign to Re-elect Judge Nanette Hasette, developing and maintaining print and social media strategies for the campaign. Emma also worked as a Campaign Associate for Resource Development at the United Way of the Coastal Bend and as a PR Intern at the YWCA.

Emma Bauer attended Rice University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
