Anne Johnson

Anne Johnson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant at Aspen Leadership Group since April 2015. In this role, Anne conducts national and international searches and provides strategic consulting in areas such as talent management, recruitment, and executive coaching. Prior to this, Anne was the Director of Development at San Francisco Symphony from 2013 to 2015, managing a 24-person team responsible for a significant portion of the Symphony’s operating revenue. Earlier career experience includes serving as Associate Vice President of Development and Campaign Director at San Jose State University, where Anne led a successful comprehensive campaign surpassing its goal of $200M. Academically, Anne holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from The University of Kansas, along with studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
