Yoli Manguy

Yoli Manguy has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, spanning various industries.

Yoli currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Aspen Neuroscience, Inc. since December 2021.

Previously, from July 2020 to December 2021, they worked at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Assistant Director of FP&A.

Yoli held multiple roles at Intercept Pharmaceuticals from February 2016 to July 2020. Yoli started as a Manager of FP&A and later became the Senior Manager of FP&A. In these roles, they led budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the R&D organization. Yoli also served as a Finance Business Partner for R&D and Program teams, provided financial analysis, clinical trial tracking, and helped drive decisions and resource allocations.

Before that, from September 2012 to February 2016, Yoli worked at NEO Technology Solutions (OnCore Manufacturing, LLC.) as the Manager of FP&A/Site Controller. Yoli partnered with site management in managing revenue, expense performance, forecasting, and budgeting. Yoli also served in a controllership function for the site, reviewing and approving various transactions.

Prior to that, Yoli was at Amylin Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2012 as the Lead Analyst of FP&A. Yoli collaborated with R&D Directors and department managers in managing expenses, budgets, forecasts, and controllership functions for clinical trials, grants, and development projects.

Yoli started their career at Genentech as a Sr. Financial Analyst from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they partnered with plant directors in managing expenses, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis. Yoli also handled month-end close activities and generated management reports.

Yoli began their career at Paperloop, a multimedia company, where they were a Sr. Manager of FP&A from 1999 to 2004. Yoli was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, month-end activities, and reporting directly to the CFO and CEO.

Throughout their career, Yoli Manguy has consistently demonstrated their expertise in financial planning and analysis, as well as their ability to serve as a valued business partner and controller for various organizations.

Yoli Manguy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC San Diego. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. In October 2022, they obtained a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from The Wharton School.
