Ekaterina Kovaleva

Ekaterina (Katia) Kovaleva has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for Canada & USA: Commercial and previously as Head of HR for Russia & CIS: Commercial at Aspen Pharma Group since November 2013. Prior to this role, Katia worked at GSK from April 2007 to October 2013, first as a Recruitment Specialist for Russia and later as Recruitment Manager for Russia & CIS. Katia began the career in human resources at Slava/IIC Partners, where the roles included Associate and Junior Associate from August 2005 to April 2007. Educational background includes a degree from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2001 to 2006, as well as attendance at School 528 in Moscow from 2000 to 2001.
