Lavanya Madhuri Sethu

Lavanya Madhuri Sethu currently serves as the Senior Manager of the India Quality Team at Aspen Pharma Group, a position held since March 2023, where leadership is provided to support service delivery and achieve long-term account goals. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager QA at Sanofi from 2014 to February 2023, and leading Quality Systems and Batch Release at Biological E. LTD from April 2011 to March 2014. Lavanya’s career began as a QA Analyst at Shantha Biotechnics Limited, part of the Sanofi Aventis Group, from 2007 to 2011, progressing to a Senior Executive role. Lavanya holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Guru Ghasidas University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
