Sanjay Barde

Sanjay Barde has over 26 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, outsourcing pharma formulations, Warehouse & Inventory Management, Vendor Development, and more. Sanjay worked as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Aspen Pharma Group from August 2018. In this role, they focused on cost optimization, stock analysis, inventory control, investigated international logistics, and recommended actions for outsourcing projects. Sanjay also established new processes and workflows to optimize resource utilization and increase operational efficiency. Prior to that, they held the position of DGM- OUTSOURCING at RPG Life Sciences Ltd. from October 2009 to August 2018. Sanjay'sresponsibilities involved ensuring the successful implementation of the supply plan and maintaining a high compliance rate to the demand plan.
