Scott Delaney

Scott Delaney has over 30 years of professional experience in development and energy. He began his energy and engineering career while serving in the US Navy, operating and maintaining nuclear propulsion systems onboard Los Angeles Class Submarines. Since that time, he has developed over 1 GW of solar projects throughout North America, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Prior to forming Aspen Power Partners, Mr. Delaney held executive positions at Spear Point Energy, PFMG Solar, and Morgan Stanley developing, operating, maintaining, financing, and selling renewable energy projects. Prior to his career in renewable energy, he spent 15 years in the real estate development industry with Lennar Corporation and Shapell Homes promoting and incorporating renewable energy and energy efficiency into tens of thousands of homes throughout the United States. Mr. Delaney is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine and the Naval Nuclear Power School.
