Danton Harrylal has worked in various roles in the software engineering industry since 2005. Danton began their career as the Founder/CEO/Lead Developer of Education Process Solutions, where they led a team of developers to design and develop SaaS software. In 2009, they took on a Lead Software Engineer contractor role at Driven CRM, responsible for managing a small team of developers to re-write the company's ASP software to ASP. NET software. In 2010, they were hired as a Development Manager at Innovaro, responsible for managing expectations and communication between departments for the company's various software-as-a-service applications. In 2011, they worked as an Application Development Manager at Health Integrated, Inc. In 2012, they were hired as the Director of Technical Services at Pilgrim Quality Solutions. In 2016, they became a Delivery Lead at AgileThought. In 2019, they were hired as the Associate Vice President of Application Development at Avalon Healthcare Solutions, where they were responsible for transforming the organization into an Agile environment, establishing an offshore partnership for staff augmentation, and improving quality and efficiency through various processes. In 2021, they became an Application Development Executive at Schellman & Company, LLC. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Aspen RxHealth.

Danton Harrylal obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida between 1998 and 2002. Danton also holds a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae certification from the Scrum Alliance.
