Chris Davenport

Chris Davenport is a prominent figure in the skiing industry, currently serving as the Head of Ambassador Relations and Field Testing at DPS Skis since May 2025. Chris is the President and Owner of Davenport MountainSport Inc., managing all aspects of the brand and pro-skier career, including contracts and media appearances since January 1999. In addition, Chris co-founded Revelshine Wines in April 2021, serves as Owner of Capitol Peak Publishing, which produces coffee-table books about mountains, and has been a Skiing Ambassador for Aspen Skiing Company since 1993. Other roles include Senior Executive at Peak Ski Company (August 2022 - August 2025) and Board President at Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club (September 2020 - August 2023). Chris's legacy as a Pro skier began with Red Bull in 1997, making significant contributions to the sport, and also included a tenure as a Professional Athlete for Salomon from 1997 to 2007. Chris holds a B.A. in History and Western American Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
