Jalisa Morant has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Senior Traveling Community Manager at Aspen Square Management since April 2018. In this role, Jalisa travels nationally to oversee properties within the Start-Up & Stabilization Division, focusing on repositioning distressed or underperforming assets, managing lease-ups, and leading recruitment and training efforts to maximize revenue and rebrand properties. Previously, Jalisa worked at Valencia College from May 2012 to April 2018 in various roles, including Traveling Leasing & Marketing Associate, Career Advisor, Sports Marketing/Events Management Intern, and On Campus Student Leader. Jalisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (2014-2016) and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Valencia College (2012-2014).
