Jeff James

Jeff James has extensive work experience in various roles at Aspen Surgical and Engineered Plastic Components. Jeff started their career at Engineered Plastic Components in 1998 as a Production Manager/Lean Project Leader. In 2008, they joined Aspen Surgical as a Production Manager and later became a Continuous Improvement Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Sales Analyst and Cost Accountant at Aspen Surgical. Jeff is currently working at Aspen Surgical as the Director of Information Technology since 2020.

Jeff James attended Western Michigan University from 2004 to 2006. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management.
