Steve Sadler

Steve Sadler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and photography. At Aspen Surgical since 2006, Steve serves as a Facilities Specialist and Lean Leader, focusing on the improvement and maintenance of facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency across various aspects, including workflow and equipment. Additionally, Steve has operated a photography business since January 2005, specializing in location and studio photography for medical devices and trade shows. Prior work includes a tenure as a photographer at Jim Powell Advertising Photography from 1993 to 2005, collaborating with leading companies and advertising agencies in the West Michigan area. Steve holds a Lean Leader Certification in Continuous Improvement from Reliable Lean Associates and an Associate's degree in Commercial Photography from Lansing Community College.
