Tracy Lookingbill

Tracy Lookingbill, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, serves as the Associate Dean of Distance Education at Aspen University, overseeing the School of Nursing & Health Sciences since July 2016, while also holding multiple program director roles for both DNP and MSN programs and contributing as course faculty for the RN to BSN program. Prior experience includes clinical operations at Inovalon, a senior manager position at Western Governors University, and nursing supervision at Hanover Hospital. Tracy Lookingbill's clinical foundation was built as a clinical registered nurse at Carroll Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Aspen University, a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Frederick Community College.
