Mark Falender

Mark Falender has extensive experience in both healthcare and outdoor leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Emergency Management Coordinator at Aspen Valley Hospital, Mark also works as a Flight Paramedic for Classic Air Medical. Previously, Mark held the position of Snow Safety Director at Aspen Skiing Company and worked as an IFMGA Mountain Guide at Exum Mountain Guide Service & School of Mountaineering. Mark’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both earned from the University of Colorado Boulder.
