Rick Wilcox

Rick Wilcox is an experienced benefits professional currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Aspen HR since September 2023. Previously, Rick held various senior roles at Vensure Employer Services, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Benefit Sales, where responsibilities included managing the Group Benefit Sales Team and collaborating with PEO Sales Management. Prior to that, Rick spent over ten years at AIG as Vice President, focusing on sales operations and strategic planning, and gained significant experience at Reliance Standard and Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company in sales and underwriting roles. Rick earned a Master's Degree in Finance from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
