Becky Neale

Becky Neale is an experienced professional in the catering and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Student Engagement Manager at Aspens Services Ltd since March 2022. Prior to this role, Becky held the position of Operations Manager at Edwards & Ward from August 2019 to March 2022 and was an Area Manager at Aspens Services Ltd from July 2016 to July 2019, as well as at Cygnet from April 2014 to July 2016. Becky began a career in management as a General Catering Manager at BaxterStorey from February 2011 to April 2014, overseeing multiple sites that included a Staff Restaurant, Hospitality Service, Deli Bar, and Coffee Bar, while also achieving consistent P&L targets and coaching a large team.
