Daniela Ossa Aristizabal

Daniela Ossa Aristizabal serves as the Talent Acquisition Director at AspenView Technology Partners since February 2025, focusing on scaling enterprises with top nearshore IT professionals and leading strategic talent acquisition for technology teams. Previously, Daniela held the same title at MAS Global Consulting, where the role involved managing a team of recruiters to deliver talent for projects in Latin America. Prior to that, Daniela was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Genius Sports, overseeing global recruitment across multiple regions and managing a team of 18 recruiters. Daniela began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Champion Staffing and Recruiting, collaborating with the founder to address recruitment needs for major U.S. tech companies. Daniela is also experienced in education, having worked as an English Second Language Instructor at Institución Universitaria de Envigado. Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from UNIR - Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA.
