Danny Gibas has a diverse range of work experience. Danny is currently working as a Senior Front End Developer at Aspenware, where they contribute to UX design and development for eCommerce and customer experience applications in the ski industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer II at Dish Network, where they were responsible for UI/UX design and development for IoT/5G projects. Danny also worked as a Web Developer at Clean Energy Collective, where they developed and deployed various digital marketing assets. Before that, they owned their own freelance business called CodeLocomotive, where they provided services such as website design, front end development, and branding. Danny also worked as a Web Designer at Practis, where they managed the design process for custom web projects. In addition to their tech experience, Danny also has leadership experience as an Assistant Service Manager at Pep Boys, where they led a team of service employees. Danny began their career in the United States Air Force as a Munitions Systems Technician, where they were responsible for maintaining and repairing precision guided weapons systems.

Danny Gibas attended Monroe Community College from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Graphic Design and Printing. After completing their studies at Monroe Community College, they transferred to the Rochester Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interactive Design and Development from 2008 to 2011.
