Kristoffer Franzkeit

Kristoffer Franzkeit's work experience includes serving as the General Counsel for FAMCO, a private investment company, since September 2021. Kristoffer is responsible for providing legal counsel for the company's operational and ownership perspectives. Additionally, they serve as the General Counsel for Asperiq, a provider of IP-based network solutions for secure communication and collaboration, since September 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Kristoffer worked at Advokatfirman Vinge from February 2013 to September 2021. Kristoffer held various positions, including Attorney-at-Law and Senior Manager, where they provided legal counseling to novel companies at the business incubator Ideon Innovation as part of the "Vinge Growth" program. Kristoffer also participated in business counseling meetings with these companies and provided training in legal aspects of growth by sales and investments through workshops. From September 2018 to February 2019, they coached and trained companies in the Nordic Scaleups sales program.

Kristoffer also has experience serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Bostadsföreningen Valpen, a tenant-owned housing cooperative, from May 2013 to May 2016. Kristoffer implemented a new governance structure and handled negotiations for commercial lease agreements and real estate services.

In addition, Kristoffer has worked as an Administrator for various Law Faculty specialty courses at Lund University Faculty of Law in 2012. Kristoffer was also a Summer Associate at Sullivan Hill, where they conducted legal research, updated legal guidelines, and attended meetings, depositions, and court proceedings.

Prior to their legal career, Kristoffer worked as a Roadie for the band Truckfighters, managing the band's daily business and concerts during tours across Europe from 2006 to 2010. Kristoffer also worked as a Bartender at The Embassy Bar in London, where they were responsible for the VIP section.

Kristoffer has a diverse range of experiences, from legal counsel to managerial positions and music industry roles.

Kristoffer Franzkeit has an extensive education history. Kristoffer attended Stångådalens Gymnasium from 2003 to 2005, obtaining their High School Degree. Following this, they enrolled in Lund University from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Psychology, Rethorics, and Business Law at the undergraduate level.

Kristoffer continued their education at Lund University from 2007 to 2012, completing a combined LL.B. and LL.M. degree in Comparative Corporate Law and Commercial Law in the Information Society. During this time, they also attended Boalt Hall Law School in 2011 and 2012 to further study topics such as Business Associations, Corporate Governance, Comparative Corporate Governance, and Bankruptcy Law.

In 2011 and 2012, Kristoffer also had the opportunity to study at the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued subjects like Business Administration, Political Economy, and Political Science.

Additionally, in 2016, Kristoffer obtained the certification of Attorney-at-law (Sw. advokat) from the Swedish Bar Association (Sw. Advokatsamfundet).
