Margaret Pasanowic is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and administration across various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Asphalt Green since June 2015, Margaret previously held the position of Director of Finance at The Symphony Space, overseeing a $6.5 million budget, and also managed finance and administration at the Cunningham Dance Foundation with a $5.5 million budget. Early career roles include tax consultancy at Deloitte & Touche LLP, tax accounting at Ziff-Davis Publishing Company, and accounting positions at Amerada Hess Corporation and Rhone-Poulenc, Inc. Margaret holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kean University.

Asphalt Green is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing all New Yorkers with the opportunity to achieve healthful living through sports and fitness. A Manhattan fixture for nearly forty years, Asphalt Green, with its expert instructors, coaches, and staff, offers high-quality sports, swim, and fitness instruction and programs for children and adults.
