Timothy C. Zahrn P.e.

Timothy C. Zahrn, P.E., MBA, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Specialty Products Area Manager at Asphalt Materials, Inc. since March 2017. Prior to this role, Timothy retired from the position of Sangamon County Engineer with the Sangamon County Highway Department, where tenure lasted from January 2005 to December 2016. Timothy's career also includes significant experience with the Illinois Department of Transportation from September 1983 to December 2004, where various roles were held, including Day Labor Engineer, Senior Project Engineer I, and Engineer District 5. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
