Meghan Winters

Meghan Winters currently serves as the Training and Development Manager at Aspida, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Meghan worked as a Training and Development Specialist at PowerSecure, Inc. from October 2022 to April 2023. Meghan's extensive experience at Reliant Mission spanned from May 2008 to December 2021, including roles such as Residency Program Director, Leadership Development Director, Leadership Training Director, and Team Leader. Academically, Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Physics from the University of Michigan, an MBA from University of the People, and a Master of Arts in Church Planting from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
