Jacob Selmes

Jacob Selmes has a diverse work experience in software development and leadership roles. Jacob is currently working as a Lead Mobile Engineer at Aspin, where they are involved in B2B Ecommerce & CRM Catalogue Ordering App. Prior to this, they worked at RingGo Parking as a Lead iOS Developer, responsible for improving the parking app in the UK. Jacob also has experience as a Senior iOS Developer at RingGo Parking and an iOS Developer at Aspin Management Systems Limited. Jacob took a break from their career to be a stay-at-home dad for a year. Additionally, Jacob worked as a Design Engineer at Telsis Ltd and as a Post Graduate Researcher at the Doctoral Training Centre, ICSS, University of Southampton, where they specialized in decentralized coordination of UAVs and gained knowledge in machine learning and multi-agent modeling.

Jacob Selmes completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics with Photonics at the University of Southampton from 2004 to 2009. Jacob then pursued a Master's degree in Complex Systems Simulation from 2010 to 2011 at the same institution.
