Rey Velez

Rey Velez is an experienced Operations Manager at ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania since January 2002, also holding the position of Operations Project Manager. In addition, Rey serves as the Director at Muevete Productions, LLC since November 2002. Rey is currently working as a Promoter at Philadelphia Salsafest since June 2017. Rey completed a degree in Communications in Science at Kaplan University from 2008 to 2012 and also has a degree in Barbering from Gordon Phillips Barbering School from 1999 to 2000.
