Sean Roocroft

Sean Roocroft has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sean co-founded and served as a director at both Aspirante PTY LTD, a leading technology recruitment company, and Sienna Baby, a soft-soled leather shoe brand for babies. Additionally, they were a director of sponsorship sales at Nurture Her, an immersive business conference for female entrepreneurs. Roocroft also co-founded and directed The Wonder Tribe, an organization focused on building strong company cultures. Sean worked as a general manager at Peoplebank, a prominent technology recruitment brand, and at Leaders IT Services, an IT and technology professional services firm. Sean was also a director at FiveTen Group, a rapidly growing professional recruitment consultancy. Roocroft began their career at Ambit Technology, where they served as an account manager and director.

Sean Roocroft completed the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Blackburn College from 1994 to 1996 and St Michaels CE High from 1988 to 1994. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Psychology of Sales call reluctance from SPQ Gold.
