Aspire Academy
Bruno Pinheiro is a seasoned football coach with extensive experience in various prominent roles. Since January 2020, Bruno has served as the Head Football Coach at Lusail SC, while also holding the position of Head Coach for the Qatar National Team U-19 and Head Football Coach for U-18 at Aspire Academy since February 2017 and September 2015, respectively. Prior experiences include coaching at Electrico Futebol Clube from June 2014 to August 2015 and at CF "Os Belenenses" from 2007 until June 2013. Bruno holds a degree in Physical Education and Sports with a specialization in Football from ULHT, completed in 2000.

Aspire Academy was founded in 2004 with the goal to find and develop the best young male Qatari athletes, whilst also providing them with high quality secondary school education. Since the population in Qatar is small the identification of talents at an early age is important and therefore we cooperate with schools and sports federations; we also have Multi-sport Skills Development Centers across Qatar to promote sports and prepare talented youths before they reach the appropriate age to be considered for the Academy.
