Anne Hartke, PMP, CSM, ITIL, has extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Anne is currently the Director of PMO for Supply Chain Solutions at Aspire Bakeries. Before that, they worked as the Manager of PMO for Finance Projects & Analytics at Stericycle. Anne also served as the ServiceNow Program Manager at McDonald's while working for Computer Aid, Inc. Anne held various positions at Essendant, including Senior Manager of IT Service Management, Senior Data Warehouse Developer, and IT PMO Project Manager. Prior to that, Anne was the IT Business Process Manager at I-CAR and an IT Project Manager consultant at blueStone Staffing & Acquity Group. Anne started their career as an IT Manager at Nissan Forklift Corp., North America and also worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Reliable Office Products/Boise Cascade Office Products. Throughout their career, Anne has demonstrated skills in team management, project planning, budgeting, and execution, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and implement effective technology solutions.

Anne Hartke, PMP, CSM, ITIL holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from DePaul University. Anne also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential from Scrum Alliance in September 2022, the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow in 2020, the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2007.
