Jody Holder

Jody Holder has extensive work experience in the bakery industry, with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and supply chain management.

Most recently, Jody served as the VP of Operational Excellence, Safety, and Outsourced Bakery Solutions at Aspire Bakeries. Prior to that, Jody held the position of Vice President of US Bakery Operations at the same company.

Before joining Aspire Bakeries, Jody worked at ARYZTA, where they held the roles of Vice President Bakery Operations US and Division Vice President - Bakery Artisan.

Jody also gained valuable experience at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where they served as Director of Operations, Regional Director of Supply Chain, and Plant Manager.

Prior to that, Jody worked at Sara Lee, first as a Plant Manager and later as the Director of Supply Chain North America.

Jody Holder has a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership from Saint Joseph's University. They also studied Business-Procurement at Fanshawe College. They have completed an Executive Leadership Program at IMD and a Logistics Executive Development Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jody Holder holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University and has studied Supply Chain Management at Wilfrid Laurier University.
