Tammy Wong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as the Director of R&D/Commercialization at Aspire Bakeries since June 2021. Previously, Tammy held similar roles at ARYZTA from April 2012 to June 2021, contributing to the development and commercialization of baked goods while collaborating with various teams to identify trends and create product prototypes. Tammy's earlier career includes positions at Sconza Candy Co. as an Assistant Food Technologist and at Marshall's Flavor House in Quality Control. With a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of California, Davis, Tammy has a solid foundation in food technology and product development.
