Roshni Singh is a Key Account Manager for Benelux at Aspire Brands Europe since July 2022, focusing on strategic distribution in the beauty segment. Previously, Roshni gained extensive experience as an Interim Manager at Knap Institute B.V. from April 2017 to July 2022, overseeing a diverse team in operations management. Prior to that, Roshni worked at L'Oréal from August 2015 to March 2017 as a Retail & Education Manager, implementing national retail strategies for premium brands. Roshni's career began at KOH Cosmetics (Herome Holding), where from January 2009 to July 2015, Roshni held various roles including Executive Brand Ambassador and Chief Operations Officer, significantly contributing to the brand's international market establishment. Roshni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Management Studies from HAN University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an Erasmus exchange program at Niels Brock University Copenhagen in 2008.
