Robert Waldner is an accomplished recruiting and customer success leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Partner and Director of Recruiting at Aspire Executive Search since October 2024, Waldner previously held the position of Vice President, Customer Success at GAC Solutions, where a Global Executive Search Practice was launched. Experience includes directing staffing operations at Proclinical Staffing as Senior Director, managing recruiting teams at Talent Groups in roles such as Director of Recruiting and Recruiting Manager, and early career development as a Technical Recruiter. Waldner’s educational background includes a PHR Certification from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Journalism & Professional Writing from The College of New Jersey.
