Doyel Syam serves as Lead-Talent Initiatives at Aspire For Doyel's since April 2022, leveraging extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Doyel held the position of Human Resources Manager at Tata Motors from July 2007 to March 2012. Doyel holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Viswa Bharti University, obtained in July 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lady Brabourne College, completed in June 2000.
