Frances Pena Scogna

Frances Pena Scogna is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Aspire Health Group. Previously, Frances held the position of Operations Controller at Lilac Health/Orchid Cove Health Group, where Frances oversaw the financial viability of 30 successful nursing homes in Florida. Frances also has experience as a NHA and CEO at Emerald Health Care Center, Executive Director at Atria Senior Living and Savannah Court of the Palm Beaches, and CEO at Boulevard Rehabilitation Center. Frances has also worked as a CFO at Trident HC Life and Controller at Stratford Court of Boca Pointe. Frances holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Regis University.
