Rosy Sierra-Demera

Rosy Sierra-Demera is currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Aspire Health Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rosy held the position of Divisional Director of Human Resources at NSPIRE Healthcare from February 2022 to September 2023. With a background in Psychology from Barry University, where Rosy obtained their Bachelor of Science degree, Rosy has accumulated extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Rosy previously worked at VITAS Healthcare for over two decades in various roles, including Sr. Business Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, and Risk Management Coordinator.
