Deborah Sophier

Deborah Sophier is a highly experienced physical therapist and owner of Sophier Physical Therapy and Performance since August 2024. Currently, Deborah also works as a physical therapist at Aspire Home Healthcare and serves as an Injury Prevention Specialist with O2X Human Performance, focusing on educating first responders and military personnel on injury prevention and functional performance. Deborah holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University and a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Previous roles include physical therapist positions at Luna On-Demand Physical Therapy and Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, with a specialization in outpatient orthopedics, particularly in performing arts and athletics. Additionally, Deborah has worked as a certified personal trainer since 2006, promoting healthy lifestyles.
