Rania Abdalla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive recruitment. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Kestria UAE since February 2022, Rania represents the world's largest alliance of boutique executive search firms across the Gulf countries. Rania also heads Aspire HR Consultants, specializing in management recruitment and human resources consulting since 2008. In addition, Rania is a Senior Advisor at Kayan Advisory, where a mentorship program for women in leadership positions has been developed under their guidance. Rania's past roles include Global Executive Board Member and Global Consumer & Retail Practice Group Leader at Kestria and various HR positions at PepsiCo between 1995 and 2005. Rania holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Kingston University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo, complemented by a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
