Amanda Metzger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda started their career in 2002 as a Social Worker and First Steps Service Coordinator at Gateway Association, Inc. Amanda then worked as an Intake Coordinator at First Steps in 2003. In 2004, they became a Medicaid Waiver Casemanager at Hopewell Center and a Patient Advocate at Monti Eligibility and Denial Solutions, Inc. Amanda later transitioned to managerial roles, serving as a Manager at MEDS Holding, LLC from 2012 to 2014, and then at The WellFund from 2014 to 2017. Amanda joined Aspire Indiana, Inc. in 2018 as a Care Coordinator and is currently working as a Behavior Technician at CHANGING LIVES BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS SERVICES since 2020.

Amanda Metzger completed their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree at Ball State University, where they studied Social Work from 1998 to 2002. Amanda then pursued further education at the University of the Rockies, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from 2009 to 2010.
